How to Enable Security Access to User for Bank Account

 Dear All,
How to Enable Security Access to User for Bank Account.

The Business Case is we have Bank Account Separate Bank Account for Branch Office  and Head Office.

Branch Office User should not allowed to access the HO Bank Account.  Can you please let us know how to provide access to bank account for the user.  Please do the needful.
