R12: Customer Support Specialist how to remove buttons for Update SR page Related Service Requests '

Hi All,

I need to disable buttons 'Add Another Row' in section Related Service requests and 'Add Attachments' in section Attachments, I tried the Personalization but I do not see these two buttons.
