recommend a change to the planned order action message so it will not go over a predetermined maximu

Need to have a way to create planned order action message that will not when received cause the maximum on hand quantity for a branch/Plant.

Or as I have outlined below recommend a change to the planned order action message so it will not go over a predetermined maximum. I have safety stock and on order and forecasts.

I am using Available To Promise ATP which is calculated by  R3482 and R3483 MRP Generations

UDC  34/QT    97           ATP        Available to Promise . . . .

The system calculates the ATP quantity like this:

• First period ATP = on-hand balance − safety stock+ work orders
