OffSet Combination Account Credited when Accounting an Accrual Write-Off

Hi,

When I created a write-off in Purchasing the Inventory Accrual Account was debited and an 'OFFSET' combination account was credited. Where is setup the offset account? Is the Purchase Variance Account or Invoice Variance Account setup in Other Accounts at Inventory Organization level?
