Uploading Journal to Oracle using Desktop Integration does not do anything

A user that recently upgraded Microsoft Office 2003 to 2010 is having an issue using a new template she created.  When she selects to upload the journal using Desktop Integration responsibility, she mentions that it freezes and does nothing.  She did not have this problem before the upgrade.  Is there a settings issue that we are not aware about.  Or perhaps how the template was created?  Please advise.  Thanks
