Setup two Different tax accounts GST/HST/VAT Collected and GST/VAT Paid for one regime

All,

Background: Canada R12 Ebtax setup only for GST and HST  (no PST)  for Procure-To-Pay (PO, AP) and Order-To-Cash (OM, AR)

One Regime: CA GST AND HST

Does anyone know how to fulfill the following two GL Tax Accounts requirement?

013-000-00-000-21310-000 GST/HST/VAT Collected

013-000-00-000-21319-000 GST/VAT Paid
