On Credit Transaction AR not calculate exactly the VAT

Hi Everybody
Today start go live with R12 and found that application is not calculating exactly the VAT amount
on Transaction Amounts section
It is the first operation that users attempting to enter after the upgrade and advised the difference for 17 cents
