FDA Design - Message window off the page

When we run the P05410|W05410C|ZJDE0001and we are inside the ESS director, there is an Exit button that calls P085565, which is a message form box.  When we call the P05410 from a menu, the message form displays properly.  When we call the P05410 from a link it puts the message form almost off the top of the page.  Only the bottom 1/3 of the form is visble.   How can we correct that?  We are in E1 9.0 Tools Release 8.98.3.1
