P4101 - Item Master LITM - Item Numbers grayed out

Please help.  The Item Number column values are all grayed out and non-clickable using a user role.  How can I fix this?  I suspect it's column security, but from what I have checked, everythings seems to be in place.  Security-wise, the Users are setup with column security of Yes to View, No to Add, and No to Delete for P4101.  If I use an Admin role, the item number values are blue and clickable and takes me to the Item Revisions screen.  Please see attached screenshots.  Any suggestions?  Please advise.  Thanks.
