Server Pool shared Metadata location
Hi folks.
I have a Server Pool for LDOMs and their Metadata Shared Filesystem running over a ZFS 7420 Storage via NFSv3. Now we want to deploy a new Server Pool that is unable to reach the ZFS Storage, so I think that I can configure a ZFS Filesystem shared via NFS over a Solaris 11 server reachable by the servers of my new Server Pool, but I'm not sure if would be a good idea or a stable solution in order to have a shareable FS for the Metadata.
I want to know if this is the correct workaround (configure a NFS Server using Solaris 11) when I don't have access to a NAS Array or if there is a better solution for this scenario since there are a lot of customers without a NAS Array but they want OPS Center and the Live Migration functionality for their LDOMs.
