related query is  'SELECT PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE FROM FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES WHERE PROFILE_OPTION_ID = :B4 AND APPLICATION_ID = :B3 AND LEVEL_ID = :B2 AND LEVEL_VALUE = :B1 AND PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE IS NOT NULL'

Customer mainly uses EBS 12.0.6 with Order management , Inventory and AR. Integration framework is SOA for boundary system integration

There are notes of it being an issue in 11.5.10 but customer is on higher version.

Any feedback is appreciated. Upgrade is ruled out currently but open to any backport.
