Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

What is the basis of REgime creation in R12 during upgrade from 11i ?

Will it be like :

1 regime for every country/ OU/ Tax type...etc?

What are the different factors which govern this
