Install Base - Multi Operating Unit Access

Hi All,

I have one basic question(may be fundamental) regarding the install base istance and multi-operating unit access, We are implementing in R12.1.3 version, the scenario is we have 3 OU's(Eg: MOU1,MOU2,MO3) which are created for manufaturing units and we have 4 OU's(SOU1,SOU2,SOU3,SOU4) which are responsbile for Service units, now the sales order is created and shipped from Manufacturing unit(MOU1) and as a result the IB instance,service contract is created in MOU1. Now in future for servicing the unit, service request will be created in SOU1, now the question is while creating the Service Request in SOU1, how can the Service agent can refer
