How to enable systen logging

Hi,
Please help me on how to enable system logging in solaris 8, 9 & 10 and direct it to a logging monitoring system like Solarwinds log and events monitor (LEM). We need to monitor the log and events in solaris in Solarwinds log and event manager (LEM).

I really appreciate your help.
