Error opening F98MOQUE table

Hi, wondering what could be the reason of this ?  User got this error "Error  opening F98MOQUE table"  after login to PD810  with JDE id.   Already checked the local ODBC's DSN - JDESSELOCAL to point to local as stated in doc 1519511.1

 Below is the partial JDE log :
