Opportunity Sales Stage Validation

Hi,
We have a requirement wherein we need to validate on Oppty Sales Stage field based on the Close Date field's value.

Basically, the requirement is that if the Sales Stage is equal to Closed/Won and the Close Date is less than today, then the user should not be allowed to save the record.

It should work normally for all the other Sales Stage values. Also, if the Close Date is changed to some future date, then the user should be able to save the record with the Sales Stage as 'Closed/Won'.
