Is IRM required to run if moved from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11

 Hi
We have installed 8.1.1.10 and ran IRM successfully on our Development Environment.
Now that 8.1.1.11 is out, we are thinking to move to it.

So is it required to run IRM again for 8.1.1.11 FP?

If so is it the same steps as per chapter 14 of Siebel Database Upgrade Guide, Version 8.1.

or 

Process is changed.

please confirm asap.
