Case Extensible Attributes
We have added extensible attributes at case level and these are visible after case making.
I have two doubts for this---
(1) Can we add new extensible attributes at task level? (through personalization/any defined setup)
(2) Presently added extensible attributes coming in third tab in case (i.e. 'Entitlements and Deadlines tab). Do we have feature for showing these attributes in any other tab(i.e. 'History'/'Dates' tabs)?
