Service Contracts - Mult Operating Units

Hi All,

I have one basic question(may be fundamental) regarding the service contracts and multi-operating unit scenario, We are implementing in R12.1.3 version, the scenario is we have one OU(MOU) which are created for manufaturing operations and we have another OU(SOU)which are responsbile for Service operations, now the sales order is created and shipped from Manufacturing unit(MOU) and as a result the IB instance,service contract(Warranty or Exyended Warranty) is created in MOU. Now in future for servicing the product, service request will be created in SOU, now the question is while creating the Service Request in SOU, how can the Service Representative can refer to the IB Instance
