R12.1.3 : FSG report errors out with java.langArrayOutofBoundsExeception

Hi,
We upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3 over the weekend .


Some of the FSG report errors out with the following error.

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundException - Array index out of range: 8   Log file Bookmark 846031.

Any pointers on how to fix this will be appreciated.
