PO Close Short Workbench

Hi,
We are trying to understand the functionality of PO Close Short Workbench and came across a  scenario wherein the PO line has 2 schedules and we would like to close short the Schedule#2. However, the system does not allow us to select the Close short checkbox on Schedule 2. It only allows for Schedule 1. (see screenshot attached)
Does that mean that by selecting the Close Short Checkbox for one line/schedule will close short all the schedules of the line?
Is there something that I am doing wrong?
