8.1.1.7 SEA to SIA Question

We upgraded to 8.1.1.7 SEA.  We didn't move to SIA yet b/c of several integration items we have that use address data.  Now we are ready to focus on the M:M Address schema changes and focus on updating our integration paths to our other systems.  We used Patch ID 13361774 to build the media for SEA.  The question I have is do we need to rebuild the installation media as SIA and reinstall all servers or just implement the M:M Address steps in the Siebel Upgrade Guide even though we installed from the SEA media?
