Implementing Oracle Applications (time to delivery a vanilla implementation)

Hello all,

I would like to know if Oracle has any documentation or link where I can find how long takes the implementation process for Oracle applications?

Basically I'm searching for RDF, CATMan, AIP and RO. 

I just trying to find an estimative from Oracle saying the approximated time to delivery the implementation as "vanilla/standard" without any customizations.

Do you have any document with this info or could you please share a guess ?
