Jdev patches to reflect SOA suite upgrade change

I recently installed a SOA suite patch in our envs (11.1.1.6.7). Previously we had 11.1.1.6.3

With the patch there are some changes to the XSD files that are used by business rules component. (RoutingSlipList.xsd). Similarly there are other changes that the current jdeveloper installation doesn't have.

 As part of post installation instructions for the patch -
- For bug#13483033 to work, customer should have bug#13483216 (PSE 14299783 for 11.1.1.6.0) in their environment
- The Bug fix for 13447977 requires PSE 14198401 for 11.1.1.6.0 in the JDeveloper environment

How do I acquire the the specific patches for JDEV?
