File export not exporting all lines

R12:  When exporting invoices from Invoice Workbench, not all lines are exported.  We've confirmed there are no special characters in any of the fields, so we've ruled out that possibility. 
We have the profile option: Export MIME type set to application/vnd.ms-excel. If we changed the value to plain/text, all lines are exported correctly, but we need the file to be in excel format.  Any suggestions on what might be the issue?
