PO Requisition AME Approval Changes Needed

Need some guidance.  Our requistion AME rules have two action type approvals:  first is supervisory level and a post_chain_approval which includes a dynamic approval group for functional vp.  I have a need to insert an indiviual approver in front of a specific approver if there name comes up as an approver.  Is there an easy way to do this?
