Print Preview of the Contract document results in Error

We are upgrading to R12 and encountering this error message everytime we click on the option to Print Preview the Contract Terms for testing. Any solutions on how to fix this? This occurs for all new, old and whether the Oracle seeded Template or other Template layouts are used.

\n\ Problem: The system could not generate the document.
\n\ Reason: The system detected an error in the following code/object.
\n\ Code: XML
\n\ Object: Contracts
\n\ Action: Please contact the system administrator and try again.
