Scheduling Periods-Open Periods in R12

Hello,

We would like to schedule this concurrent request to open the next periods in our Ledgers. Our question is, how do we have the Period change every time the request is launched?

If we schedule the request with NOV-13, the next time the request is initiated, the Period is again NOV-13, not DEC-13. We checked the 'Increment date parameters each run' checkbox on the request schedule but that didn't help.
