Issue non-required raw material item to discrete job

 Hi, folks

Has anyone of you encounted this? --

I have BOM and Routing set up for an Item, and create a discrete job against this Item.  In the middle of WIP Move, I try to use WIP Move Transaction to issue

raw material item to the job.  But strange thing is Oracle allows me to issue raw material items that are not set on the BOM to the discrete job, only with a warning message.

Is this a bug?
