Tax area is changing in Speed Time entry

Needing assistance with an issue regarding tax area lookup. I'm stumped.

The situation is I'm keying a tax area of 1226 in time entry and when I click  OK, the tax area changes to 120260000.

I've searched the Job Master and Business Constants and do not see a tax area assigned. Is there another place the tax area is assigned? Is there a cross reference program I may be missing?
