rman conflicting with steaming

 Hi, I have rman job to backup the dbs and i'm wanting to delete archives every week on Sundays.  The reason I want to wait until Sunday is that we have streams setup for streaming  to owb.

In case anything should happen with steams, by keeping archive logs for a week, we can immediately reset streams to continue streaming.   We've had only a handful of issues with streaming but we' ve worked through the issues understanding the archive logs were still there if needed.

However,   my archive logs are sticking around much longer than I want.   I have my rman parms to keep backups for 14 days, (you will see below), my backups are working but when I try to delete archive logs, i get warning messages that it can't delete them because they may be needed for streaming.
