Error while applying patch 16772121

Hi,

Customer is applying patch 16772121 on their test instance and getting below error message.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        APPCORE.pll
au      resource        FNDSQF.pll

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] :
Please suggest.
