Delete the unwanted lot numbers from F41021 tables

Earlier we had followed the lot control process in the item master and transaction had been done accordingly.The F41021 table is containing with lot of unwanted lot numbers.
Currently we not using lot control process, that is why now we want to delete all the unwanted lot number from table F41021. 

Then, please advice, whether we would be  face any problems, if we do so?
