How to set number of copies for particular concurrent program.

Dear All,

I have set concurrent:copies report for a particular user. Same time i have set the style and printer to a concurrent program named 'Format Payment Instruction".

Now, when i payment to supplier this concurrent program fires automatically and prints on to the pre-printed stationary, but other concurrent report completes with waring due to number of copies is 1.


So any one can suggest the possible way to get rid of waring.
