Siebel 8.1.1.11 Installation backup fails

Hi,

With 8.1.1.11 version Siebel starts installation by taking backups of the previous installation for which it renames the ORACLE_HOME folder. 

This is a huge problem for us as ORACLE_HOME points to a mounted filesystem(/appl/sba81, /appl/sba81/eappweb) and mounted filesystems can't be renamed(throws resource busy error). Installation doesn't go ahead without backup process.
