Quotation Quantity more than RFQ Quantity - Sourcing

Dears,

We are a hospital and we deal with many medical and pharmaceutical firms buying from them drugs.

Now, in Oracle Sourcing we have the following scenario:

RFQ:

Item: Paracetamol

Quantity: 4000

Unit of Measure: Each

Quotation from supplier will be entered through surrogate quote:

Item: Paracetamol

Quantity: 334

Unit of Measure: Box of 12

We will notice that the quote total quantity is 4008 each as the manufacturer only provides UoM box of 12 for this item (he cannot change his manufacturing line for us), and in the surrogate quote I cannot enter quantity more than 4000.

This is a big problem caused after implementing Oracle, we need enough flexibility to handle such cases.
