Oracle EBS Re implementation - on a new Platform (Data Migration for Master, Transactional / Custom

Customer wants to re implement Oracle EBS 12.1.3 ....on a new platform.

In terms of SCM modules - they have OM, PO, Quoting, Configurator, Shipping execution, WMS, WIP, INV, BOM, ASCP, GOP etc. Currently they run some 40 + Inventory Orgs, 40 + Op units ......etc.

On top of the implementation they have custom objects - Reports, Interfaces, extensions etc.

Given this - what is the best approach for master Data migration in the new box  - iSetup or manual or any other suggested path.

In terms of Transactional Data - any recommendations ... ?

In terms of custom - retrofitment .....any tool can be suggested ?

I am aware of ePrentise tool  - any recommendations /suggestions ?
