Regarding F9 Email Functionality

 Hi , We have a requirement in our project where We need to populate multiple email addresses in the To field of an email generated when we click on F9 in Service Request screen.
When a select only some particular template type we should populate a recipient email (Alias@email.com) in To field apart from the original Recipient i.e Service Request Contact / Service Request Owner etc

Please suggest, Thanks in advance.
