ePro requisition has status Approved when saved despite Pending Approval status at Requestor Seup

 ePro requisition has status Approved when saved despite Pending Approval status at Requestor Seup
As result of this the AWE workflow is not triggered.

Inventory is also used. This means that requisitions are created also from Inventory when running the process Create Par Replen Requests (AE=INPGCDMD).

Requisitions created from Inventory should be self approved and therefore no workflow actions needed.

Requisitions created from ePro should haven status pending approval and workflow(AWE) should be initiated.

What can be causing this problem?
