Migrating Single Instance to RAC

Hi All, i need your guidance , I have one oracle database (11.2.0.2) running on Windows Server 2008 R2 with normal/local file system.  now we required to convert Single instance into RAC 11gR2 (11.2.0.2) with ASM. 

system admin team will provide only one more windows box so i can make it part of cluster. can you please can help in term of steps that i need to perform to convert single instance to RAC with ASM. i shall be very very thankfull . any MOS or any other link or any one have some document then please help me ..
