Oracle Windows services not starting correctly on a server reboot.
Hello,
I have a question. How do I get the 6 oracle services to start in the correct order when the Windows server is rebooted?
Here are particulars.

Windows 2008 r2 sp2
128 GB ram
Oracle 10g standard edition (10.2.0.4 patch 45)
78 GB SGA
ASM
Here is what is happening. The physical server is having hardware problems that cause it to randomly reboot. The 6 oracle services are marked as automatic startup so they all try to start at the same time. The alert log shows that the database service is trying to start before the ASM services have completed. The error message stream in the alert log when this happens is this. 128 GB ram
Oracle 10g standard edition (10.2.0.4 patch 45)
78 GB SGA
