Error in function 'Schedule Requests'

Hi,

We have added function 'Schedule Requests' with one of our custom responsibility's menu. Function is coming in respnsibility also.

But while clicking on this function, error is coming as '<!--StartFragment-->Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.fnd.cp.srs.server.RequestAM'. We have already defined profiles 'MO: Default Operating Unit,
MO: Operating Unit,
Service: Default Operating Unit,
MO: Security Profile', but then also error is coming.

This error is also coming when we are opening this function from 'System Administrator' resp.
