ARM - Data Load via Flat File

 

11.1.2.3: When trying to load a flat file into ARM, we encountered the following error - "The data load has failed".  The staging process completed successfully but the "Data Load" failed.  Based on the logs it appears the EXPORTTOARM failed (return code 7000 Global Context).  It appears based on the 11.1.2.2 documentation there was a GLOBAL context process which had to be performed, however, I am unable to find any documentation regarding the GLOBAL context for 11.1.2.3.  Any ideas?

Also, in order to load a flat file into the FDMEE staging successfully, we discovered we had to open the flat file in Notepad and save as a "UTF-8 Encoding" from "Unicode Encoding".  Is this correct?
