DRM, FDMEE & EPMA on Single node

Hi,

We are planning to install DRM, EPMA & FDMEE 11.1.2.3 on Windows 2008 Server x64 bit. But we found some exceptions with this combinations:

1) Does FDMEE 11.1.2.3 requires 32 bit IIS on 64 bit Operating system?

2) DRM & EPMA requires .NET 4.0 Framework but FDM does not support .NET 4.0; use .NET SP2 - 2.2.307293 instead. Whether DRM & EPMA are compatible with .NET SP2 - 2.2.307293

3) Are there any issues with IIS compatible mode?
