Oracle virtual machines stuck on starting

Hi,

I'd doing some work with OVM3.2.2 and have followed the installation/setup guide closely. I have a SPARC based pool with 2 T5240 servers in it, I've setup some NFS storage and created a repository, I've created VNIC's and all the resources required by a virtual machine. I can create a virtual machine and set it to boot from an imported ISO in the repository and then a blank vdisk that is also in the repo. All looks well until I start the vm where the job for it just stays in a "starting" job state, I can telnet onto the console of
