Can we Increment the date parameters only when the Month of Sysdate changes?

Hello!!

We wanted to schedule Period Close Exception report to run every week, If we enable "Increment the date parameters" during schedule, the date parameters for each run get increased. But the problem is, when it reaches to month end the Data parameters will be FROM Current month date TO next month date. Since the Period Close exception report is used for month end activities User wants to schedule this report to run only for current month and date change only when Sysdate Month changes.

Please suggest whether there is a way to schedule this program and Date changes only when System date falls into Next month
