Duplicate Order on PeopleSoft from 3rd party system

We have a Duplicate Order on PeopleSoft from 3rd party system with two lines (one item each). On both the original and duplicate order, One line has the item depleted, and the other line has the item stuck in confirmed status.

On the 3rd party system both lines are depleted - there is not a duplicate order on the 3rd party system.

We need to get Line 2 for the original order to deplete, and we need to get Line 1 for the duplicate order reversed from depleted status, and to get the entire duplicate order cancelled.
