Delta in revenue as per Sales Stage

Hi,
On Opportunity object, I've 2 fields: Revenue & Sales Stage. Now, how can I show the delta in revenue Sales Stage wise i.e. If at all the revenue is changed at any sales stage; it should reflect the same in report. Currently, I've built such pivot report but it doesn't reflect the delta (change) in the revised revenue as per sales stage.

Example:

Sales Stage - 'A', Revenue - 10
Sales Stage - 'B', Revenue - 15
Sales Stage - 'C', Revenue - 20

How to show this change in revenue sales stage wise under report?
