Options available For Generating List Distribution File For Marketing Campaign

I am wondering if any one can help with this specific customer requirement. The customer Scheduled a Campaign on Sunday October 20th.  The Campaign Processed successfully, however the List Distribution File failed to generate. There were no errors identified in the log. The successfull process was  that of Campaign Laod and Campign Launch. Note that the customer is using Direct Mail Campiagn.

 

The behavior was observed to be caused by a PreLaod and PostLoad Script. Now the issue is that Customer is asking how they can generate the List Distribution File without rerunning the campaign process? The is because the record  set for the segment tree in use has changed.
