Bank ledger balance not updated when new statement imported for existing balance date

Hi,

We have record on ce_bank_acct_balances for let's say 22-SEP-2013 balance date with ledger balance as let's say $100. This was created directly from bank balance maintenance as statement was not availlable.

Now we have a statement and we imported it for same date, 22-SEP-2013. Statement has closing balance of let's say $150. But ce_bank_acct_balances still shows $100 and thus not updating balance from statement.

Can anyone suggest how to resolve this?
